When we first decided to build our new home we were looking for a builder that would understand our design ideas, our budget and our personal circumstance and to work with us to realise our dream home.  Tina and Nick with the staff of Bellemore Homes from the outset gave us the attention we wanted but also the flexibility whilst building our custom build home. The design process and the work Murray did was innovative, creative and tuned to our brief.  We worked closely with the design team and made a number changes as needed to meet our ongoing needs.  We found what differentiated Bellmore Homes from many of the other builders is that they worked on a concept design and budget relentlessly well prior to the signing of the building contract.

The building process was also one that met with our needs.  Tina and Nick and the team were very accommodating to queries we raised during the building process allowing us to make appropriate changes were they were possible.  At the end and in the midst of having two children we build our dream home.  The quality of the design, work and finishes were of exceptionally high quality and proud to have as our home.  For both of us however what was more impressive then the design and the building process was the after care.  Every little and minor defect and repair was immediately attended to without questions or costs. 

Without hesitation we would personally use Nick and Tina again to build another home for us and would be delighted to recommend them to future home owners that are looking for a high quality custom build home.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to encounter the wonderful people at Bellemore Homes prior to even deciding to purchase a block of land. It was the initial contact I had with Bellemore that certainly helped tip the scales in regard to who we entrusted our building contract with.

We always felt like we were the only client that Bellemore had, no request seemed too great and they somehow always managed to under-promise and over-deliver in all aspects from the sales stage through to completion of our home.

The service we received from the sales team through to the design team and of course Nick & Tina themselves exceeded all expectations. It was also comforting throughout the process to have Kevin as Site Manager who we felt we could trust completely and was always available to talk us through any concerns.

Although somewhat surprising, the end result was even better than we’d anticipated, to see our custom built design come to shape during the building process was exciting to say the least. Every stage of the process was enjoyable and I still don’t know how the team at Bellemore manage multiple projects at once with such apparent ease. Every small detail we discussed was taken into account and to have a design that required minimal change again exemplifies the personal service that Bellemore provided.

The house we have built has exceeded all out expectations and it felt like a home from the moment we moved in. I would highly recommend Bellemore Homes to any friends or family and if asked would I do it again ‘Absolutely’.
